Please read these terms carefully before using the nbage platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.

1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the nbage platform and its user ("you" or "user"). By using the nbage.cam website or mobile application, registering, or accessing any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

Some important definitions used in this document are provided below:

  • "Platform" — The nbage.cam website, mobile app, and all services included within it.
  • "Account" — The user's personal profile created through registration.
  • "Real Money Wallet" — The balance of actual funds deposited into the account.

2. Account Registration

To register with nbage, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. 2.3 KYC Verification

nbage may request documents (national identity card, passport, utility bill, etc.) for identity and address verification when required. nbage reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Age and Eligibility

The nbage platform is for users aged 21 and above only. At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

  • Opening an account for any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
  • Registering with a false age will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.

For ages 21 and above. Minors are not permitted to use nbage. If there are underage members in your household, keep your account secure from them.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on nbage. We support the most popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
  • Deposits are generally added to your wallet instantly
  • Keep your transaction ID at the time of deposit
  • Only use payment accounts registered in your own name

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
  • Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit

  • Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements applicable to bonus funds have not been met

4.3 Fraud Prevention

For suspicious transactions, nbage may request additional verification or place the transaction on hold. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be permanently closed and funds will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nbage offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • 100% bonus on first deposit up to ৳5,000
  • Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount
  • Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus
  • A maximum single bet limit from bonus funds may apply
  • The welcome bonus can only be received once per person, household, or IP address

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless specifically permitted)
  • If bonus abuse is suspected, nbage reserves the right to cancel the bonus
  • nbage reserves the right to change bonus terms

5.3 VIP Program

nbage has four VIP levels:

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Users can advance to higher VIP levels through regular active participation. Additional benefits and offers apply at each level.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on nbage are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Each game's own rules and conditions apply.

  • Read the relevant game rules carefully before starting a game
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, that round may be considered void
  • If you have a dispute regarding a game result, notify support within 24 hours
  • Strategic collusion or collaboration in games is prohibited
  • Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited

6.1 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports, the following rules must be followed:

  • Bets placed before an event starts are valid within the specified time frame
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded
  • Odds changes are entirely dependent on the market
  • If there is suspicion of involvement in match fixing, the account will be investigated

nbage may suspend or close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Use of unauthorized software or bots
  • Suspicious financial activity or fraud

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact our 24/7 live chat support. Legitimate funds (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned within 30 business days of closure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nbage platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, code, and text — is intellectual property owned by nbage. Reuse, copying, distribution, or modification of this content without written permission from nbage is prohibited.

Content from game providers is governed by their own licensing agreements. nbage does not claim ownership of the content of these games.

10. Limitation of Liability

nbage will not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for the following:

  • Loss of a game due to internet disconnection or technical error
  • Errors or outages caused by third-party game providers
  • Loss due to your own account information being leaked
  • Betting losses due to unexpected market changes
  • Services being limited or shut down due to legal changes
